Why don''t you sell a biodiesel mix (like B99, B80, or B20)?

We used to, but the great State of Texas no longer allows us (or anyone else) to do so. In late 2007, a small committee of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) decided to no longer allow biodiesel sales in Texas based upon a single study (by a petroleum group) that indicated that NOx emissions were higher in biodiesel than regular diesel. Industry groups have tried to get this changed, but so far no luck. Thus, since B100 isn't a petroleum product, it's the only thing we can sell as biodiesel in Texas at this point. If you'd like a different mix, then fill your tank with some regular diesel and then hop over to Junior's to fill up on B100 (and fillup on some beer or wine while you're at it). If you'd like to see a change, we'd encourage you to contact your elected representatives and ask them to see the light.
